CHIP Model of Collaboration

Case for CollaborationModel of Collaboration Logo

Complex community problems are best solved when people work together. In 2011, CHIP commissioned The Case for Collaboration Handbook which covers the last 17 years of how we work in partnership from grassroots to treetops and with everyone in between to move programs and projects forward that improve the health of the community. We documented our rich history of collaboration (CHIP Model of Collaboration) in hopes to share our model with communities struggling with how to bring a diverse group of stakeholders to the table and keep them there. Collaboration is core to our mission and is the essence of who we are.
