Safety Net Connect

 Safety Net Connect is a County of San Diego funded program that is developing a network and application that will allow hospital emergency departments to schedule appointments at, and share information with, community clinics for patients without medical homes.

Meeting Information:

Safety Net Connect Core Team meeting first and third Thursday of each month at 9:00 a.m. at the CHIP office (9370 Chesapeake Drive, Suite 220, San Diego, CA 92123)
