Suicide Prevention Council Volunteer Opportunities:

• Attend monthly SPC meetings to stay informed about what’s happening in suicide prevention efforts throughout the County
• Participate in an SPC Subcommittee
• Schedule a QPR Gatekeeper Training for Suicide Prevention

Suicide prevention is a community effort.  There are plenty of ways to help prevent suicide in San Diego County. Whether it’s joining and participating in the SPC, hosting a training, or giving your time, your help is important and appreciated!
